Audie Barefoot’s true love has always been real estate, evidenced by the fact that he passed the real estate exam at age 17.
As a Raleigh area native and second generation Realtor®, Audie founded Realmark Corporation in 1983, which merged with Fonville Morisey New Homes in 1989 to become Fonville Morisey Barefoot.

Jonathan Barefoot
President
President Jonathan Barefoot leads the Fonville Morisey Barefoot team with a passion for selling and marketing new homes backed by years of experience in project management and new home sales. A Raleigh, North Carolina native, a third generation Realtor, and a graduate of NC State University have all given Jonathan an excellent perspective on the Raleigh-Durham market. As President of Fonville Morisey Barefoot, Jonathan oversees all aspects of sales and marketing, is responsible for business development, and continues to be a driving force in sourcing land and lot opportunities for our builder/developer clients. Jonathan’s enthusiastic and forward thinking leadership, coupled with his honesty and integrity filled business approach, has excelled Jonathan as a natural leader at FMB.

Sheri Jackson
Senior Advisor
Los Angeles native Sheri Jackson was an internationally competitive and professional figure skater before entering general brokerage real estate in California. She relocated to the Triangle area in the ‘80s with her husband and started a real estate company, which she later sold to Realmark Corporation. Sheri became a part of Fonville Morisey Barefoot through the merger of Fonville Morisey Realty and Realmark in 1989. Sheri’s industry achievements include the following:

Paula Howard
Sr. VP Sales Manager
Paula Howard is a Raleigh native who got her start in new home sales in 1991. She joined Fonville Morisey Barefoot in 1993, working as an onsite agent. In 1997 she started her own company, Curb Appeal New Home Services, and sold it to Waste Industries in 1999. Paula returned to Fonville Morisey Barefoot and has served as a Vice President/Sales Manager since 2001. Paula’s participation in the new home industry includes the following:

Blake Frazier
VP Coastal
Blake brings over 17 years of sales, marketing and management successes with some of the most notable communities in the Southeast. St. James, Mountain Air, Haig Point, River Landing and Autumn Hall. He specializes in and enjoys the coaching, training, negotiating and closing skills that are crucial to succeed in the current real estate market. Originally from Northern Virginia, Blake graduated from NC State University in 1994. Blake enjoys the coastal lifestyle, living in Wilmington with his wife Julie and children Cole and Anne Frances.
Deborah D'Armetta
VP Sales Manager
Deborah brings over 15 years’ experience to the New Home Construction Industry. She started her real estate career with Fonville Morisey Barefoot in 2007 as an on-site agent. In 2009, she went to work directly for a private local homebuilder where she spent the next 12 years growing the company as part of the Sales and Marketing Management team until it was sold in 2018 to a National builder. Deborah has since returned to Fonville Morisey Barefoot (FMB) as VP/Sales to share her experience. Deborah’s wealth of experience in the Triangle Real Estate Market, includes market analysis, licensed mortgage broker, new home sales and marketing management and business development. Deborah is originally from New York, graduating from SUNY Canton in 1992, and she has called Raleigh home since 1997.
Jackie Caprio
VP Marketing Director
Born and raised in Atlanta, Georgia, Jackie relocated to Raleigh in 2000 after graduating from Wofford College with a degree in Business Finance. Jackie’s professional background includes IBM sales and marketing support and new home on-site sales, which gave her an excellent perspective for new home marketing. Jackie’s passion for marketing, led her to join the Fonville Morisey Barefoot marketing department in 2005 as a Marketing Manager, was named Marketing Director in 2012 and in 2016 was promoted to Vice President of Marketing. Jackie is a member of the National Association of Home Builders, the Home Builders Association of Raleigh-Wake County and the Triangle Sales and Marketing Council. She has been the recipient of numerous Marketing Achievement Awards (MAME, Max! and STARS), on the local and state level, honoring her achievements in marketing excellence. Jackie leads a creative, dynamic and talented team who are dedicated and passionate about new home marketing, and as the Vice President of Marketing she is responsible for driving FMBs corporate marketing efforts.
Kim Agnolutto
VP Marketing Manager
Kim has over 15 years’ of experience in the new home industry and brings a wealth of marketing and sales experience with her. Kim is a member of the National Association of Home Builders, the Institute of Residential Marketing (MIRM), the Home Builders Association of Raleigh-Wake County, the Triangle Sales and Marketing Council, and New Home Marketing Group of America. She has been honored with a long list of local, state, and national recognitions for marketing excellence.

Sarah Crews
Controller
After graduating from Salem College with a degree in Business Administration Sarah began her career in real estate. She has over 20 years’ experience in real estate and corporate accounting. She began in the property management sector as a finance manager covering apartment communities, single family homes and homeowner associations before accepting a position as a corporate accounting manager. In 2007, she started her own property management company, which is still in operation. Sarah joined Fonville Morisey Barefoot in 2021. Sarah was born and raised in Wilmington where she continues to live the coastal life with her husband Will and daughters Emily and Katharine.
Rachel Holt
Graphic Designer and Social Media Specialist
Rachel is the Graphic Designer and Social Media Specialist at FMB and holds a degree in Painting from the University of North Carolina at Asheville. As the Design Editor for her college newspaper, Rachel honed her eye for visual storytelling and design. Having grown up immersed in the construction industry and using Adobe software from the age of 11, Rachel has a unique blend of artistic and practical skills. Her professional experience includes roles as a selections coordinator, flooring specialist, and graphic designer within the construction and real estate sectors. Her ability to combine artistic vision with industry knowledge consistently enhances FMB’s marketing efforts.
